Modules

Alternative Energy– This unit includes Wind Energy Trainers, and Hydrogen Trainers. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Science, Math, Ag, & Geography

Anatomage Table – This unit is a virtual dissection table of the human body and animals.  It is both a virtual library of human and animal cadavers, as well as a clinical diagnostic tool by visualization of any Medical CT, CBCT or MRI scan.  It provides students the opportunity to dissect and visualize real human tissue.  Areas of Impact:  Science, Anatomy, Physiology, Tech Ed.

Aviation – Provides basic principles of aerodynamics, flight planning, and flight simulation. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Math, Geometry, Science, Bus. /Computer.

Bio Tech/DNA – This unit addresses micropipetting, transformation of cells with DNA, DNA fingerprinting, electrophoresis, and plasmid map. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Science, Biology, Ag, & Health.

Electronics –  Basic understanding of analog DC and AC Electronic circuits. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Tech Ed, Math, & Ag Science.

Embroidery – Stitch out your designs at up to 650 stitches per minute with beautiful precision. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: FCS & Math

GPS – Provides understanding in Global Positioning System, data points, and building a Geographic Information System. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Ag, Math, Geometry, & Geography.

Hydraulics, Pneumatic, Mechanisms – Hydraulics: power supply with pump, fluid reservoir. Pneumatics: Valves, cylinders, measuring instruments. Mechanics: Gears, pulleys, assemblies. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Tech Ed, Physical Science, Physics, & Ag.

Laser –  Includes accessories for demonstrating the principles of optics in a basic course of physics or physical science. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Physics, Physical Science, & Math.

Laser Engraver – Uses CorelDRAW to create designs for cutting and/or engraving. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Math, Ag, Business/Computer.

Plastic Molding – Imagine capturing an idea with your CAD program, then holding a functional model of it a few hours later. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Pre-Engineering, Math, Tech Ed.

Robotics – Training in the programming and operation of industrial robots. Students learn to create automated work cells. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Physical Science, Math, Tech Ed.

Science Workshop – Scientific experiments in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Physiology, and General Science. Area of Impact/Primary Use are: All Science Areas.

Torchmate Plasma Cutting Tables – fully-assembled, high-end cutting table equipped with production-grade components that could fit into any small-to-medium sized fabrication shop.  Students learn about CAD and CAM design on this machine and allows them to see their design to completion into a final product.  Included on this machine are the most advanced technological features:  touch-friendly user interface, integration with CAD and Cam software, Ethernet connectivity and digital torch height control.  Machined parts can be welded and finished that were made on a Torchmate machine – this allows students to get the full educational experience in hands-on manufacturing.   Areas of Impact/Primary Use are:  Tech Ed, Ag, Math.

Vertical Mill – Provides training in computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), and computer-numerically controlled (CNC) milling. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Tech Ed, Math, Ag.

Video Editing – This unit uses iPad Retina Displays, iPhoto, and iMovie to create movies and trailers produced by the students. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Business/Computer.

Vinyl Cutter – Everything you need to create professional grade graphics and signs right on you your desktop. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Tech Ed, Math, & Tech Ed.

Virtual Reality Headset System – All-in-one VR system to make learning and teaching more fun, convenient and engaging via immersive VR experiences.  Areas of Impact/Primary Use are:  Career Development.

Wazer Water Jet – The first desktop water jet that cuts any hard or soft material with digital precision.  The high velocity jet uses a combination of high pressure water and sand-like abrasive particles to cut through the work piece.  Areas of Impact/Primary Use are:  Math, Ag, Tech Ed.

Welding Simulator – The student practices welding in virtual environments, including a simulated welding booth and field welding applications. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Ag, Math, & Tech Ed.

Wood Router – Utilizes CNC language to convert an image from Mastercam to be routered in wood. Areas of Impact/Primary Use are: Ag, Math, & Tech Ed.
